Hi everyone, Alex here! My mum isn’t the best with tech so here’s the downlow of our story.

When my mum (Tik) came from Thailand to the UK in 1990’s, she could not find authentic Thai food in Preston.

In 2001, she opened our beloved family restaurant and dedicated herself to providing the most authentic Thai food possible.

23 years later, we now run our restaurant as mother & son. Together with our loved team of Gig & Jarunee, we make the Thai Orchid Family.

When you step into our restaurant, you become part of our family.

UPDATE: MY MUM IS STRANDED IN DUBAI AIRPORT😔 We can’t open this weekend Really sad, we are doing our best to make sure she’s supported, no contact with emirates or staff, but the conditions are really bad at the airport atm - She’s supposedly getting back Saturday afternoon after reaching bangkok airport on Wednesday evening … 3 and half day air travel back to UK - lots of love everyone, thanks for understanding x
